In a toaster oven or a dry pan, toast the sesame seeds until fragrant and aromatic
In a cast iron skillet add the olive oil, garlic, ginger, Chinese five spice, and the red chilis if using.
Cook over medium heat until the spices are fragrant and aromatic
Add the pork strips and a 1/4 cup of the yakisoba sauce into the cast iron and heat until the pork is cooked through, stirring occasionally
Add in the vegetables and toasted sesame seeds (saving a few for topping each bowl) and continue to cook until the vegetables are warmed to your preferred texture
Stir the remaining 1/2 cup of the yakisoba sauce into the noodles and warm
Divide up the noodles into bowls add top with pork and cooked vegetables
Top with a drizzle of infused oil (my personal preference is a spicy oil) and eat with chopsticks
