Ingredients

lemon juice

lemon zest
about 1 Tbl

sugar
3/4
c
butter

eggs

egg yolks
Instructions
Heat oven to 300 F.
Bring lemon zest, lemon juice, sugar and butter to a simmer.
Temper with eggs and yolks.
Cook on low heat stirring constantly until thickened.
Pour into baked tart/pie crust and bake till set.
