  1. Combine dry ingredients in medium pan.
  2. Stirring well, slowly add enough water to make a thin paste.
  3. Add remaining water.
  4. Cook over medium heat until mixture thickens, stirring often.
  5. Stir in tomato sauce.
  6. Store in refrigerator.
