  1. Combine cream cheese with 1/2 cup whipping cream and sour cream
  2. Mix well and set aside
  3. Combine egg yolks and sugar in top of double boiler over boiling water
  4. Reduce heat to low and cook about 10 minutes, stirring constantly
  5. Remove from heat and whip yolk and sugar mixture until thick and lemon colored
  6. Add espresso/strong coffee to the yolk and sugar mixture and mix in well
  7. Add yolk mixture to the cream cheese mixture
  8. Beat until combined
  9. In a separate bowl, pour remaining 1 1/2 cups of whipping cream
  10. With electric mixer, whip cream until stiff peaks formed
  11. Gently fold whipped cream into yolk mixture and set aside
  12. Pour liqueur into small bowl
  13. Quickly dunk each lady finger in the liqueur and line the bottom of glass square pan or a 7 1/2 x 9 1/2 pan
  14. Spoon half the filling over cookies
  15. Repeat with another layer of lady fingers
  16. Put the remaining filling on top
  17. Garnish with chocolate curls if desired
  18. Refrigerate overnight for best taste
  19. This freezes well if wrapped with plastic wrap and then tin foil
