Ingredients
Instructions
  1. Lightly roast hazelnuts if needed.
  2. Melt chocolate by your favorite method
  3. Combine all ingredients and stir until smooth and then let cool slightly
  4. Using wax paper, form a log with chocolate
  5. Fold over wax paper to enclose chocolate and then roll on counter for a uniform log shape
  6. Refrigerate until firm.
  7. Lightly dust with powdered sugar if desired
  8. Cut into slices
