(Plain, not french vanilla!)

instant milk powder

Instructions
Heat water to boiling and combine with espresso and Kahlúa.
Make 2 cups of milk using powder milk and 2 cups of water.
Make the instant pudding according to package directions using only 1 2/3 cups of reconstituted milk.
Layer half the ladyfingers in the bottom of a pot, drizzle with half of the coffee mixture, then spread half the pudding over top.
Repeat.
Top with chocolate shavings.
Eat immediately.
If car camping, feel free to set in cold spot for a few hours to combine flavors more.
