package favorite tortilla chips or pita chips
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
Combine 1 1/2 cups mozzarella, sour cream, 2 tablespoons Parmesan (if using), pepper, garlic, artichoke hearts, cream cheese and spinach in a large bowl.
Stir until well blended.
Spoon mixture into a 1 1/2 quart baking dish.
Sprinkle with 1/2 c mozzarella and 2 Tbl Parmesan cheese.
Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until bubbly and golden brown.
Serve with tortilla chips.
