  1. Lightly crush hibiscus and fennel seeds.
  2. Combine all ingredients.
  3. Store in airtight container.
  4. Use +/- 2 Tbl mix to 2 cups very hot water.
  5. Let steep 15 minutes.
  6. Strain and sweeten to taste.
