  1. Cream sugars and butter together until fluffy.
  2. Stir in vanilla.
  3. Sift together flours, soda, baking powder cinnamon, and salt.
  4. Add dry ingredients alternately with milk into creamed mixture, mix thoroughly.
  5. Roll out on a lightly floured board (the thinner you roll out the crispier the cracker) cut into favorite shapes.
  6. Instead of flour, use cinnamon sugar to roll cookies if desired.
  7. Place 1 inch apart on greased cookie sheets.
  8. Bake at 350 degrees until golden in color.
  9. Cool completely before storing in airtight container.
