Two Bite Chocolate Chip Peanut Butter Cookies


One of the first recipes that Andrea “invented” on her own.  She wanted chocolate chip cookies and Audrey wanted peanut butter, so she experimented and came up with these.

Ingredients
Servings: cookies
Instructions
  1. Cream together butter, peanut butter, sugars, and eggs.
  2. Add remaining ingredients stirring well.
  3. Use teaspoon to measure dough and roll into balls. Flatten slightly on ungreased cookie sheet.
  4. Bake at 325 for 6-9 minutes or until cookies are just brown around the edges.
  5. Try not to eat too many warm.
  6. If you want larger cookies use a tablespoon to measure dough, adjust baking time to 8-10 minutes.
  7. OPTIONAL: Use white chocolate chips and/or dark chocolate chips in place of one or both of the other chips
